oDoc is on a mission to democratize healthcare. To make high quality primary healthcare universally affordable, accessible and personal.We connect patients with doctors for video consultation. And this is just the beginning. We have received Sri Lanka’s largest seed-round of investment (USD 1Mn) and won this year’s Commonwealth Digital Health Award. The product and operations team has a wide array of responsibilities that include ensuring customer satisfaction, to marketing and branding, to helping define oDoc's strategy as it rapidly expands amongst many other things.
We’re looking for a innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment and has the ability to multitask and execute a defined plan to perfection.

What you'll do

Specific responsibilities vary by project area. General responsibilities include:
  • Liaising with employees of oDoc corporate partners, assisting them with the platform, and handling corporate customer care.
  • Taking the lead in collecting details of all doctors in Sri Lanka - cross referencing the SLMC website, yellow pages, e-channelling etc.
  • Coordinating doctor appointments for our photographer army.
  • Assisting with corporate activations and other corporate events
  • Assisting with customer care, and patient/doctor servicing.
